Collection and history

New Free connections get seven days of full collection, then reduced sampling. Free and Pro include 30 days of monitoring history.

Fast / medium / slow collection: every 15 seconds / 1 minute / 5 minutes.

Free after day seven: every 5 minutes / 15 minutes / 1 hour for fast / medium / slow collection.

Shared managed collection and self-hosted collector software are included on Free and Pro. Dedicated managed collectors cost £50 per machine per month and do not increase your monitoring allowance.

Running a collector in your network sends monitoring telemetry to MyDBA. Hosting the complete platform is a separate deployment and licensing path.
